This might sound like a stupid question, I read through the mario 64 rom hacks general rules thread and category specific rules, and it's basically saying that I need to use Project64 1.6. That wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the fact that Project64 doesn't seem to have a RTC as far as I can tell. I'm planning to run 460 stars, and I need to be able to switch to nighttime in order to get the toad in Bowser's castle. Is it actually possible to use RTC on Project64? Or is there a way to get the star from the toad without it being nighttime?

Again, sorry if this question seems stupid or obvious. I appreciate any help I can get though :)

Nevermind, I figured out my issue. I was using the wrong build of Project64. Apparently 1.6 Plus is the way to go, that build actually has RTC functionality. I guess I was using some old outdated version of 1.6, oops 😞
