Previously, the leaderboard structure had 3 categories - Any%, Any% (Restricted), & Glitchless.

Here's the new format, with the Any% category having two sub-categories, Unrestricted and Restricted (containing the old runs for Any% and Any% Restricted). The runs from the Glitchless category have n
