I don't think it should count. Events are limited and in this case, it would literally be a free limited bonus that would make things really messy.

My suggestion is, if you start a run during an event, you are not allowed to use the free pulls until after the run

Sorry for the late reply... really need to find some mods that manage the whole thing. Anyway depending on the category it makes a difference. for category 1-12 it doesn't matter because the fastest way to do it is not doing any pulls... while for anni 1 it can be a huge advantage even tho the best way to play it is only using 3 stars. anyway I will try my best to gather some people that will manage this and make everything a lot more clear once again sorry that it's at the moment a little bit scuffed.
