I think that with perfect execution it's possible to shave off another 0.5s. One way to save a bit more time is getting a speed boost (0:50), but it's very unreliable and often gets you killed on that sawblade.
Autosplitter/Loadremover
I've finished making an autosplitter/loadremover. you can download the asl file from the resources tab. make sure to launch livesplit as admin and compare against ingame time.
29.11 update on the autosplitter: i added an "IL mode" so you can have it track the in game time and split every lap.
