Here's how to set up Horu Getchu on the PocketStation.

Insert the PocketStation into Memory Card Slot 1 of your console. Go to the Save Station and select the PocketStation icon.

Select the middle option (Download "Horu Getchu") to install the app onto the PocketStation. This requires at least 12 blocks of memory. If the app is already installed, this option will reset the save data.

Once the app is installed, you can choose the bottom option (Transfer Monkeys & Items) to interact with the PocketStation.

This will take you to this screen, where you can either send the monkeys you've caught in Ape Escape to the PocketStation and have them dig for items, or transfer items from Horu Getchu to the PS1. Press Circle to select and option, or press Start to return to the previous screen.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the transferred items will not be autosaved. You'll need to save your game from the Memory Card screen as normal to make them permanent.

Once you've finished, either select the top option (Back) or remove the PocketStation to return to the Save Station.
