Pretty good run. There's still some time left to save with more optimal movement, especially in stage three where I played it safe.
I learned the trick for the fast boss kills in stage one and three is you need to take into account the boss's misplaced hitbox, so you have to sort of attack the air. It's completely consistent so long as your timing is good. To make the first attack jump on the first stage boss consistent I found it helps to use the boss's feet reaching the player's sprite head as a visual cue for when to jump.
I also found a faster way to kill the boss in stage two by moving to the top of the staircase thingy for most of the fight.
