Since there hasnt been a reply and im wondering the same thing, Im asking again because i would really want to try running DIE on the 3DS. So could that be a thing?

I think you should be allowed to do it on 3ds. The mods should add the console if there are runs for it. I think you should message one of the mods and see what they think of it. I personally think you should be able to do the run. 🙃

Though if the 3ds is faster they would open a new category for it.
