In the new v0.3.4f8 you can no longer buy speed grow until you are Street Rat III, will there be a new specific version category for it on speedrun.com or do we have to try find a way to go back to v0.3.4f4 to actually participate and get a good time?

there should be a thing like in hello neighbors speedrun site where you choose version youre playing and they are all in the same category no mather what

@swiif you can still obtain 1 speed grow by buying an item from dan. if your going after weed sell%, i was confused by this my first attempt too. Buy a pair of scissors, and exit out his sell menu. Tell him your into agriculture and he will give you a speed grow. If its to leave the RV early for a different run, thats no longer a viable option. Instead grab the bat and destroy machines for cash while you wait for your plants to grow

It shouldn't be much of a problem since by then end of day 1 you should be street rat IV if not V. The Game unlocks the inventory when you reach it during the day. So by 5-6 pm you should already be in street rat iii or Iv

The Hello Neighbor approach sounds best right now. V3.5 just dropped today with the warehouse added but I feel it won't have a heavy impact on run times. Also Exporting/Importing saves is so nice.

StewAZ Did you see under bug fixes "Fixed online balance being $100 on a fresh save"? seems like its gonna be a slight hiccup with main game any% because you now only have $295 guaranteed with the two dead drops and $75 goes to the skateboard leaving you with $220. So you would have to smack the Cuke machine, try to get $40 out of it and then deposit to able to buy 2 grow tents, 4 soil, the trimmers and 10 baggies all at once. (Like how Chocler did their path in the wr for v0.3.4)

the leaderboards need better version categories. each update litteraly changes the way its played. for example weed% without the starter 100 dollars will never be beaten now
