I have never uploaded a speedrun and I'm wondering:

1. Is it allowed to use a key rebinding tool

2. When i look at the upload page it says Split.io url, I haven't used that, but it is something with timers of spedruns i thingk, is that needed as it already shows the time ingame and how then do i use it?

3. the only difficulty named random seed is legend random seed, are all the others set seed?

I can answer #3. Rookie is set seed by default, while operative by default uses a seed that changes daily, however it is recommended to manually enter a set seed for speedrunning rookie and operative.

#1. Carrot or skippir will have to answer that. But if I had to guess it would probably be a no.

#2. You only have to use splits in demo% and tutorial% as they don't have an ingame timer for the whole thing. You can just search up a tutorial on how to use it.

so im just going to help you out a little bit with the king street seeds, the seed for rookie is: seed 5, the seed for operative in my preference is seed 1 and the legend seed is 2
