Igt moves:

1st 0.0, 2nd 0.2, 3rd 0.1, 4rd 0.2, 5th 0.1, 6th 0.2, 7th 0.2, 8th 0.3, 9th 0.1, 10th 0.0, 11th 0.0

If you replace every 0.2 or 0.3 with 0.1

You get 0.6 time gain, which is just what you need for sub 11 🙃
