Took me a bit to get the luck. I got many runs that tied with the wonderful spiff's. I'm not sure I'm going to continue this ending, because of the luck needed to complete a run. I found that you can use a bomb to blow up the green door, instead of using the key. It makes it way less luck dependent but it seems to take slightly longer.
