idk if i timed this right, i have start frame 389 end frame 1828 @ 60 fps = 23.983 lmk if im wrong

i used a glitch where if you beat the game then restart and hold A during the loading screen you spawn further into the level than intended, it saves about 2/3 of a second and if you play really well afterwards you can just barely get a 23
