Try lowering your graphic settings and if that doesn't work then you need to wait for 1.8.1 to come out

Joykill/Matron crashes are super common (typically regardless of settings). I'd say just wait until the major patch for them to be fixed.

It is said that when you beat The Marton ,closing the map may prevent the game from crashing.Also You can try to stop the Joykill before starting the machine（sorry for my poor English）
