57.2 if you build an airport instead of the barracks and you get the harrier to drop two bombs instead of one which seems random and is really rare you can save around 6 seconds so 50 is probably possible and I tried for it for some time but I have not managed to replicate the bug with the harrier so far after quite a few attempts, wish I knew what causes it
