Starting... Well i know no one gives a fuck about Clock Tower, but... The game is pretty exploitable, and no one even cared about glitches while "running" the game, eh... Then let's begin. I hope any runner read that guide.
-Hole Skip (0:57~2:00)
you can force dialog while running, making you clip trough the role in the floor. It also works using your inventory (when you're going back)
with dialog: Right after you start running press dialog. If done right the character will clip and you can run normaly trough it. with inventory: Press run, inventory and run again. The timing is easier for this one. Don't need to do as fast as the dialog clip
-Fast Doll Triggering (3:12~3:30) i did wrong in the video lol was to pass trough her
Right after she spawns keep pressing to run to left, count 1~2 seconds and run to right while pressing action button. If done correctly the Doll will attack right after you end in left corner and when you run to right, will pass trough the doll (when she tries to hit you).
-Text Skip (3:554:10 and 6:236:30)
Easy as fu¤¤. First you need to have an item in your inventory, then before the dialog trigger keep inventory button pressed while running, when you see the dialog press right, left in the inventory at right time and will skip the dialog. You can't skip her Father's dialog.
Note: A new version of Text Skip has been found as of a couple days ago. Simply press A (Inventory) and Y (Select) at the same time when clicking on an object that'll cause a cutscene, and if done right, your inventory will be pulled up at the same time you interact with it. Allowing you to use the items in your inventory to skip the dialog.
-Dog Skip (4:45~5:40) [was explaining the wrong time and about softlock]
run until the character stops. Then, press to run to right once. behind her will appear a dialog box. Be aware because if you press before running will softlock the game. Next press run to right again and press dialog box right before the bad end trigger (right before the dog's nose). This glitch is much easier than Hole skip, but there is no room for missing here.
-Screen Freeze (4:30~4:45)
this one is shitty, don't save any time but you can do it accidentally while trying to skip texts. keep pressing right, left, right left and the screen will freeze while the character is running.
-Action glitch
You can pass trough the scissor man when Jeniffer does any action. Examples: .Climbing stairs .entering in doors
-Doll Animation Skip
If you try to leave the room at the same time that the Doll tries to run into you, the text and animation from the door will take priority, and prevent Jennifer from falling down.
-How to kinda manipulate RNG
The RNG deppends on your menu'ing, i would recommend a metronome for the right timing. The RNG starts after 48th frame after you start the game... too lazy to check out the right frame but is 48 if i don't remember. And there are 1 adress that will determinate the RNG, and it goes from 128 to -128 every 3 seconds or so. It'll determinate twice: -Before the menu (logo and Start Screen) -Game Menu
You also can try your luck but take some time like I did on my pb (1 out of 22 tries for good RNG). RNG manipulation is double frame perfect in this game... but is possible to manipulate if you skip the logo and start screen frame perfect (that isn't hard), and wait 7 frames on menu to press quick start (that's hard as fuck lol). There is another ways also but lazy to study about it. Because for example: If first RNG is 15 and second RNG number is 10, 11, 12 you'll always know what RNG you get. But if the first RNG is 16 and the second is 10, 11, 12 will be totally different lol.
-Strats for S ending
There are 2 good RNG's for S Ending. It should improve your success rate from +-5% to +-8% ( percetage based on demon idol route)
