It looks like the three runs listed are all NewGame+ runs; The levels have been run, and ammo and weapons are carried over into new runs.

There should be a category for pure NewGame; I deleted the save data for my run, and started with only the "pistol" weapon, where others are starting with the "chaingun".

Considering how tight the game is with ammo and weapon progression, that's a big difference in the runs.

It sounds good yeah, as long as you make sure to back up your new game+ save it shouldn't be such a problem too to be able to do both.

Agreed. Also, it looks like different characters are saved under different files; It looks like Fred Chexter is SinglePlayerData0.sav, and NACL is SinglePlayerData5.sav. It could be useful for runners to reserve a single character to the nuked save category.
