No massive changes here, it's mainly aggressive Firefly usage (Hothead doesn't appear to make a difference) and ground-pounding a slanted rock for forward momentum into rocketing position.

You could maybe try rocketing earlier and possibly find a better rock-hopping route for more time save, but it looks tight at best as current knowledge stands.
