That second terminal shot may or may not have slowed down the run, it's hard to tell because it was faster than many runs that did nail that rail shot. Otherwise everything else was solid: good platforming, other shots were good, got around Sovetnik's guards cleanly, and 1-shot him.

Sovetnik is still the most disgusting time trial in this game and I do not wish him upon my worst enemy.
