Is there some kind of consensus that the switch version is inferior in terms of runs, or just coincidence there are no runs on the platform up?

Version of the patch installed will matter depending on the category you want to run , and due to the cutscene skip (load abuse) the loadtimes + menuing on console will be slower than PC.

So unless you have the lucky patch where water skip works with web ,I recommend the steam version because you can at least get the release version(if you want to run any%).

So PC is optimal for the standard Any% but realistically you can do No Major Glitches with any platform
