Italian version was used, Desmume 0.9.11 (which is the recommendation for Pokémon speedruns). Might need some re-timing, it was pretty close to one minute flat, might be lower, but I'll let it as one second for now so my tough competition can beat it. Not many new strats were used, just clear-cut Premium Execution and good RNG on the parts that mattered. Not as good of a speedgame as Virtua Cop 2, but I'll move on for now.
