This is probably massively confusing but I'll throw them up anyway.

Time loss for health/energy compared to straight path to boss. (compared to 100%)

Health pickups are whatever you feel safe with. Some damage boosting is required at times. Energy pickups are required up to a point. There is a specific climb where we need enough energy to make it after that I think it's fine? Been too long since I've ran/routed game.

This is my basic route in terms of health and energy? But this was basically just made to have a general Idea of time loss for getting upgrades. A break down of how fast each is compared to each other is at bottom.

First Dungeon health (third room of game) = 16 seconds First Tank Health (In front of second dungeon health) = 16 seconds Second dungeon health (Dungeon under boss 1 dungeon) = 1:10ish (50ish seconds if getting first tank health) First energy (area 2 transition room) = no time loss Third Dungeon health = 43 seconds (has a save point so...) Second Tank Health (Room before area 3 from area 1) = 3/4 seconds Second energy (Room with water health dungeon) = no time loss Fourth Dungeon Health (Room with Second energy just before it) = 1min 30 seconds Third Tank Health (room before area 3 boss) = 12 seconds Fourth Tank Health (room with area 3 boss, after getting drill) = 3/4 seconds Fifth Tank Health (Room after third tank health as you leave area need drill) = 14ish seconds Third Energy + Sixth Health tank (Room at top left of vertical section after the water health dungeon room) = 20ish seconds Fourth Energy (room after long hallway in area 1, keep going left after coming back from area 3) = 40ish seconds Fifth Dungeon Health (same room as fourth energy) = 30ish seconds with energy so 1:20ish seconds altogether Sixth tank health (room before area 4, closest entrance from area 2 and 3 in the drill blocks) = 6 seconds (due to route change of any% not going farther back through area 1) Fifth Energy (on way in area 4 transition room next to sixth tank health) = no time loss Sixth Dungeon Health (same room as fifth energy) = 50ish second loss Seventh and eighth tank health (literally on the way both of them can't miss) = no time loss Sixth Energy (on way out of area 4, above door exit = 2/3 seconds Ninth tank health (room left of sixth energy but on the bottom = 50ish seconds Seventh and Eighth Dungeon health ( next to ninth tank health) = 2ish mins (30 secs more if getting double gun) Tenth tank health (Room before eleventh tank health) 35ish seconds Eleventh tank health (Room to right of area 2 dungeon need drill) = 54ish seconds (if getting tenth and eleventh about 1minish) Ninth Dungeon Health (Area 2 save dungeon closest to area 6) = 1min 5ish seconds Seventh energy (same as ninth dungeon health) = 25ish seconds (ninth dungeon health + seventh energy = 1min 15ish) Twelfth tank health (in water before area 5 in area 2) = 7ish seconds Tenth and Eleventh Dungeon health (Top left room right before area 5 transition) = 1min 12ish Eighth energy (first room area 5 at top) = 3 seconds Thirteenth tank health (Second room of area 5) = 3 seconds Twelfth and Thirteenth dungeon health (left middle exit in third vertical section, 3 rooms after thirteenth tank health) = 2min 30ish second loss, laggy, dangerous, bad idea. Fourteenth dungeon health (save dungeon on 2 rooms from area 5 boss) = 1minish Fifteenth and Sixteenth dungeon health (area 2 transition room need wall walking) = 2 minsish Fourteenth tank health (area 5 transition coming from area 2 where wall walking is needed) = no time loss Fifteenth tank health (third room of area 6) = 2 seconds Ninth Energy (2 rooms after fifteenth tank health) = 7 seconds Tenth Energy (room after ninth) = 5 seconds (I’m lazy and now I’m gonna stop energy and tank health because prob have enough till end? will do runs and find out if I need more) Fifteenth and Sixteenth dungeon health (room above ninth energy) = 1min 15ish seconds (46 if only getting fifteenth but sixteenth has a gun upgrade nearby) Seventeenth Dungeon Health (Room right of fifteenth/sixteenth bottom right) = 55ish Eighteenth dungeon health (room directly left of area 7 transition) = 1min 10ish seconds (also has a tank health that takes 10 secs to get by itself if not getting dungeon health otherwise no time loss) nineteenth and twentieth dungeon health (room below long hallway containing a health and energy upgrade on bottom) = 1min 50ish twenty-first dungeon health (3 rooms from area 7 boss, also has a health upgrade) = 1minish Twenty-second dungeon health (4th room of area 8, also has save) 40ish seconds Tank health upgrade if you want a full heal (room after save dungeon,) = 5 secondish Twenty-third dungeon health ( room after tank health) = 1min 40ish Twenty-fourth dungeon health ( two rooms before end) = 2minish Twenty-fifth dungeon health (room before end) = 2minish (but has a save so... just grab save maybe if needed) You win! maybe...........

Dungeon Health Time loss (in order of time loss) ($$$ = Used in my routing)

first = 16 $$$ tenth + eleventh = 1min 12 (36 each kinda) $$$ fifteenth + sixteenth = 1:15 mins (38ish each) $$$ twenty-second = 40sec $$$ third = 43 $$$ nineteenth + twentieth = 1min 50 (45ish each) sixth = 50 $$$ Seventeenth = 55 $$$ Seventh + eighth = 2:00 (1 min each kinda) fourteenth = 1min $$$ twenty-first = 1min (easy gun too?) $$$ ninth = 1:05 second = 50/1:10 (50 if getting health) eighteenth = 1:10 fifth = 1:20 fourth = 1:30 twenty-third = 1:40 twenty-fourth = 2min twenty-fifth = 2min twelfth + thirteenth = just no
