Why are there no difficulty subcategories for the "all minigames" category

I play Wii games on a 90s tube tv with a 21:15 or 7:5 screen ratio. The only listed ratios are 4:3 and 16:9. Does it matter for a run to be valid?

Am i allowed to submit a video recording that’s from a phone camera instead of a screen recording since I don’t have a capture card or is that considered unfair?
