I'm ps4 player and i'm already done my video with timer but i can't upload my video to youtube.its not running when uploading.so has another way to upload the video or how to convert the video format to get a link to upload here?

Youtube accepts many formats. So you should just google for a video converter if what you have now isn't working. If that doesn't work either then record in a different format.

I have the run here without timer..but after that I download to my pc and add timer I cannot upload it to youtube.

I don't know exactly what's going wrong but if you join the Discord there's a guy named Kaito who can add a timer for you if you provide the footage to him.
