Impressive 2nd IL PB with tab-switching lag clips. Can save at least 2 seconds.

Using your browser (prior to Dec Adobe Flash discontinuing) or the browser/flash player emulator Ruffle is the only known way to create the kind of lag to clip through doors, walls, and floors while accelerating towards the hitbox whether moving right or falling down.

Run starts on 1st frame "PLAY" press (At about the 00:03 mark in the video)

For retiming purposes, I split on the frame the upper status bars disappear right before entering the Boss area (game/video is 60fps).

For Level 1 any%, time ends on the frame Boss Doofenshmirtz's pink meter becomes empty, confirming that the final hit registered properly.
