Wisconsin, USAI played a lot and I mean A LOT of Wolfenstein Enemy Territory. I was playing for so many years it's not even funny. I still load up every now and then.
Old Willow is the name of a creature in one of my favorite game series Culdcept. It's a card/board game combined.
I started to use this name because Old Willow was my favorite creature when I started playing the PS2 version, and I started making content on twitch/youtube for the series as a whole.
This video was accepted and is the WR for Crash Bandicoot
In the video they captured the game with their camera, and it looks like edited their splits onto the video, then uploaded to youtube
If they accepted that as a valid WR run then you should have no problem
AverMedia is a good brand, elgato is good as well. I love my HDPVR 2 though.
I can tell you this though. If you plan on using a PS2 to record PS1 games, make sure you set everything up for Composite. I think in the case of the HDPVR 2, you plug the R/W audio in the respective R/W cable, and the Yellow will go into the Green or blue of the component cable.
Why? Last time I tried, Playstation 2 can't upscale old PS1 games and as such appear as black screen.
If you have a PS3 you can record PS1 games no problem using component.
So just remember. For ps2 games you can record using component setup, but for PS1 you need to set it up for composite
And any device that allows component can record both composite and component.
Also I think the newer elgato is only hdmi so no go for us that record older games :D
Hmmm, delete all three that you changed and run the program. Don't put the ones you saved back, this should make the program make all new ini files and try to use the program without changing anything.
If this doesn't work then I don't know what to say :(
I think I remember somewhere that said some European countries use a , instead of . for the fps. like 60,00 fps instead of 60.00
You might want to back up the auto_deint, auto_doubler, and AmaRecTV ini files (copy them somewhere safe)
Go into each ini file and change each fps setting like under min fps 59.94 change it to say 59,94
Remember to change each one

ALso when you're done, right click on each file, click properties and make sure you check the box for read only. Hit apply, and then ok.
Sometimes programs will override the ini files and change them back to what it was!
I use an HD PVR 2 for all of my consoles. Anything that has at least component hookups, can record both component and composite.
There is a delay (small) when dealing with composite to device (in this case HD PVR 2) and then out to tv
If you want to make sure that there is zero delay then you need more hardware like a video distribution amplifier.
Again this delay is very small and hardly noticeable. However, if you do use an hdmi converter the lag will be more noticeable.
IMO Your best bet is to get a device that records component because you can use it as either component or composite.

Seems twitch is having API issues. Followers list not showing is something I've seen from others. I also know that a few days ago the live games that I follow weren't being showed even though there were people streaming it.
Twitch chat has also been having issues from time to time again. But like I said, the follower issue is most likely an API bug and should be resolved soon
You're welcome :) They are all 90x90 which is good cause wsplits uses I believe 32x32 so it retains a lot of the quality :)
I have made splits for easy, normal and hard in wsplit as well as icons for splits.
I like having icons on my splits and I figured I'd share them with others. Why? Cause I like having all my ducks in a row and I like making sure that everything is as clean as it can be. This wont be the first time, there will be more, because as other games I play that may or may not have icons and stuff I'll make them.
The splits are titled (easy, normal, hard) and have their respective opponents listed.

Hello everyone, little info, I've always loved speedruns on games. It's amazing to see what people can do and what the games themselves can do. I want to say that I love how organized this place is, with both the games/records and into on tools like obs, timers, etc etc.
I will be speedrunning games soon and I hope to meet some other speedrunners.
One question, some games have tools/resources like icons for splits and some don't. I have made icons for one such game that doesn't, Pokemon Puzzle Challenge, (I love the panel De Pon series, even have a cib panel de pon :D ) and I was wondering how can I give that to others? I doubt PPC will be the only game to not offer icons/tools/etc etc and I was wondering cause I like having all of my ducks in a row when I do things, that I wanted icons for the splits.
