It would be great if this leaderboard had version subcats (CD-ROM, BFG) like the other games do. If they have it, why not this, right?

How do you know about this game's release date? I'm asking because I'm hoping to do something special for its 15th anniversary.

I enjoyed owning that pixelated trophy for over a week now, but I want to change.

My run wasn't very legitimate as the timer started at a point in the game different compared to other runs. Rules say that the timer begins at the first Play button. But I ran the game where I believed it should have started: on the second Play button. Those beginning cutscenes aren't important to me, since I think it would be better to start the timer directly before the first level does.

As the moderator, Asher, you should have already noticed my submission's fault and changed it. Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep the page you supervise clean of problems. I'm sorry for not telling this earlier in the week.

I'm guessing that this is the page for off-topic subjects since it's simply "Talk." Please forgive me if I'm mistaken. When I first heard of Adblock, people didn't appreciate it for hiding advertisements. They were concerned that websites would be destroyed if they didn't get the revenue they needed from them. Yet now, blocking ads seems to be the Internet norm.

There could be a solution that would make this less harmful. I have Adblock Plus (so it may be a different story for others) which automatically berids ads with every website I visit. Ads can reappear if so desired. But what if that was reversed? What if Adblock Plus was automatically disabled, but enabled if so desired? That way, people would make a choice whether they wanted ads or not. Being already enabled could make users uninterested to think about it further. If they saw the difference for themselves, maybe they wouldn't.

I'm going to be your first visitor for Wubbzy's Underwater Adventure! For a while I've been practicing runs for this game and I want to upload a run someime. I'm very new to speedrun.com and Livesplit, so I'm not professional at all about this, so feel free to help whenever.

Also, may I get some clarification on the rules of "Beat the Game"? Does the run start when you click the second Play button? If not, I think that would be more appropriate since it's the button you click right before the level begins. I don't think the beggining cutscenes should count as part of the run. I have the same feelings if it applies to WAA.

Here is my attempt at the Self-introduction category on speedrun.com. I know a lot of other speedrunners have done this and proved themselves worthy, but I want to get familiar with the game and have a place on the leaderboard as well. I'm reaching for PB at the least (and maybe WR if chat gets crazy).

The name's Crockey. My username is based off the name of my second YouTube channel, Crackin' Crocodiles. I am most known on YouTube for uploading longplays of some I Spy games I grew up with. They're the top search results for the games themselves! I don't know about you, but I think that's neat.

Before our first split, we should always be edcuated about the game. I'd like to ask questions about if there is any criteria or set of rules I should follow:

• What is the process/qualifications of upgrading to a moderator for a game? It's not just because you got World Record, right? ... Right?
• What are the duties of a moderator?
• If I find something wrong with a game page, how should I report it? Do I go to the game's forums, ask the moderators and hope they respond?
• What is the difference between the timers in Resources?
• What layout do you think is best for a video?
• Terminology I should get familiar with?
• Any restrictions toward obscenity? I remember quite a few times that people would swear in their comments or while running a game rated E. I mean, if it's rated E and if anyone is open to watching it... I'm just really bothered by it! There's also this one user who has pornography for their profile image... ugh.
• Is this all just something to experience yourself and need not tutorials?

TIME! I've lost a few seconds here and there, but I did succeed my previous record of 3 minutes. I definitely see where I've made some mistakes and how I can apply some strategy to it, but over all I did good. Hopefully people will get together to make speedrun.com what it is, as well as make newcomers comfortable. We may go through heavy rainstorms of RNG, lag, and the occasional "no video" status, but as long as we have Twitch emotes, we have hope for the future. Can't wait to get sub 2:30!
