I'm just curious on how to best record my as I've ran the game and I'd like to submit some actual runs. I have a poor-quality capture device but that's really it besides a free Xbroadcaster account. Any advice would be helpful, thanks!

You don't necessarily need the best equipment to have a run verified. Another runner by the name of Getasmileonthatface used a webcam pointed at their TV, and uploaded a photo of their splits. HD or not, as long as you have some footage, accompanied by your splits, you will be fine.
