I'll make a video later, but here's the short version:

Go to Rikel via 44-P-IM You pop out at nav 5, and Kroiz is waiting for you. Set target to nav 4 (Vishnu). Yes, really. Afterburn towards nav 4 with the usual asteroid-dodging technique and autopilot ASAP When you drop out of autopilot, set target to Siva, point yourself away from Vishnu, afterburn, and autopilot ASAP (which will probably be when Kroiz stops talking, and he is a windbag.) You drop out of autopilot in the normal place: about 16000km from Siva.

I think this works because there are 2 invisible navpoints that Kroiz uses to ambush you - one between the 44-P-IM jump and Siva, and one between nav 2 and Siva. But if you come at Siva from this unexpected direction, you don't get close enough to either ambush point.
