# Hand Cam Setup for WHG1 below 5:20,

This guide explains how to set up a hand cam using your phone and computer for speedrunning. **What You'll Need:**

- A smartphone with a working camera,
- A computer,
- A small box (or similar item) to position your phone so it films your hands without falling,

**Phone Setup:** -**Open the Website:** On your phone, go to [https://vdo.ninja/](https://vdo.ninja/ "https://vdo.ninja/"). -**Start Your Camera:** Tap "**Add your Camera to OBS**". -**Select Back Camera:** In the Video Source settings, choose your phone's back camera. -**Start Streaming:** Press "**Start**". -**Copy the Link:** A green link will appear at the top. **This link is private - do not share it!** You can additionally add a password to the link so it asks for that password every time for extra security.

- **Send Link to Computer:** Share or copy this link to yourself so you can access it on your computer. For example, send it in Discord, email, or any place you have access to on your PC.

**Computer (OBS) Setup:**

- **Add Browser Source:** In OBS, go to your scene, right-click in the "**Sources**" panel, and select "**Add**" then "**Browser**".

-**Paste the Link:** In the "URL" field, paste the private link you got from your phone. **Optional settings:**

- Tick the "**Use custom frame rate**" box and lower the frames to 15 for less PC and phone usage.
- Refresh the cache of the current page if the hand cam lags too much.

**Tips:**

- Lowering the frame rate to 15 FPS can reduce strain on both your phone and computer.
- If the hand cam starts to lag, click "Refresh cache of current page" on the source in OBS.

WHG1 Speedrun Version from Resources

How to:
put WHG1 Splits folder in the autosplit folder
Open Livesplit and make 30 Splits with any name you want
Put Hotkeys for Livesplit Start/Split and Reset
Open Autosplit
Put Hotkeys for Autosplit (make sure it's the same as Livesplit)
Put Comparasion Method to PHash
Put Similarity threshold to 077
Put Pause Time to 2
Set Split Image Folder to WHG1 Splits
Open WHG1 Speedrun Version
Go Back in Autosplit and Capture Region,the region should have the entire game (no black parts from the outside)
Start the Auto Splitter
Start Playing!
