It's been a few years since SR.C offered localization for each language, but little seems to have changed. I am building a thread because direct feedback to supporters is closed.
The translations seem to take place inside SR.C and we are unable to provide them from outside. So we have no choice but to wait for a response. Also, unfortunately, Discord only supports Western languages, and I thought there were few Asian languages.
Localizing a huge set of rules seems daunting, but the menu items are relatively small and don't take that long. I would like SR.C to take care of it little by little as possible.

翻訳は SR.C の内部で行われているようで, 外部から提供することができません。だから対応を待つしか方法がありません。また, 残念ながら Discord は欧米系の諸言語しか対応しておらず, アジア系の言語対応が少ないように思いました。
膨大なルールのローカライズは大変だろうと思われますが, メニュー項目は比較的少数でそこまで時間はかかりません。できるところからでいいので少しずつ対応してほしいと考えます。
SR.C にルールの記載がありませんが, 具体的にどのようなルールが設定されていますか？
Any DQ 6 categories have no rules. I would want to run, but don't know what rules I could play for. Does anyone not register the rules?
表題通り, ルールの日本語化をお願いします 本作品は日本/北米で発売されており, 走者のほとんどは日本語を使用しています SR.C 外部でルールが別にあればそちらを参照することもできますが, 現時点でまとまったページは存在していません。モデレータが追加され今後整備されていく今の時点で, そのあたりの整備をしていくことは必要であると感じています
モデレータルールではルールは原則英語で書くこととなっていますが, これは最低条件のノルマであり, 日本語を排除する意図のものではありません

SNES/SFC 版ロケッティアですが, SNES 版のタイトルが "The Rocketeer" と NES 版と同名タイトルであることから混同を避けるために "The Adventure of the Rocketeer" にしたのだと思われますが, 海外でも発売されているので可能であれば "The Rocketeer (SENS)" などと表記変更されてはどうでしょうか。the rocketeer を含むので検索は可能ですが, "The Adventure of ~" とあるのは正式のものではなく, 誤解を生む可能性がありそうです。 同名タイトルであることからタイトル末尾に (コンソール名) を書くことは SRC ではパターン化されており, 検索にたとえば SNES などと入れるといくつかのページがリストアップされるのがわかります。私は走者ではありませんが, 問題提起まで。
Regarding the SNES/SFC version of rocketeer, since the title of the SNES version is "The Rocketeer" and the same title as the NES version, it is thought that the name was changed to "The Adventure of the Rocketeer" in order to avoid confusion.
