Pennsylvania, USAFor 6A, ARB could have something submitted as 0:00.000 with the name as N/A or something along those lines. I suppose 8A could be duplicated or use the same proposed method for 6A.
They should follow it and update it, but I've seen a lot of communities where people don't run the games they moderate.
Moderators don’t have to run their speedgame. Kevin would have to remove himself, but they could remove Cviv if they wanted. Personally, I feel like that the mod team would adress the issue regarding if they need more of less moderators.

Maybe "Complete the epilogue from a fresh file" or "Complete Summit A from a fresh file?"

Action Mode and Survivor are allowed but they make very minimal difference.
Sub-categories in ILs get confusing so I think it is best to make it just Act I, II, etc. without sub-categories or revert the changes.
I disagree. From a community perspective it makes the runs take longer to optomize, keeping a stable community for a longer time.
Why not make each Act its own individual level rather than each level?
If rules never state that you cannot use it, then you can use it.
What items in particular do you recommend for primaries?
