Him and I have spoken through some comments on my youtube videos before, so I know they've seen me tell them to read the rules before and not to do certain things. But despite that, they do keep continuing with not following the rules of the runs. So I do suspect that they're trolling at this point.
I have been the moderator for Wizard101 speedruns for over a year now and recently I keep getting runs submitted to me by one user who clearly doesn't care to follow the rules. Is there a way for me to ban them from submitting runs to my particular game? This has been happening for a few months now and they don't listen when I tell them they keep breaking the rules.
You have to estimate how much time each trial takes, including with deaths (which you admitted in your video). It's more accurate and convenient just using the timer unfortunately.
I don't think so, due to how much estimation is involved. It's harder to verify for certain what the real time is for each trial, for both the runner and myself. But thanks for giving a demonstration :)
For now I would say just stick to the current format. A timer is needed for the runs, just manually putting in time raises more problems than it solves.
Pausing between load screens wouldn't be practical. In game time isn't the best because if someone picks up a timer or dies, it affects the timer in game. And no, load screens aren't 30% of the run lol. That would make them roughly 3 minutes long.
Unfortunately based on what I've heard, removing loading screens for livesplit involves getting into the code of whatever game they're being removed from. And for online games, it is particularly not viable. :/

It's been considered before, but the main issue is having to do it all solo and in one go. Having to do dungeons alone and very underleveled would be difficult and take forever, not very good to do all at once. Someone tried doing Dragonspyre in one sitting and it took them over 36 hours, 10 of which in dragonspyre alone.
Yes, you can't team up. As GB said, exiting your character and reentering is the best idea. Not fleeing since it will use mana, and not fighting due to how risky it is. You just want to go first. It's tough, believe me, but you can do it with good enough luck and proper card usage. You can see my latest WC% run for reference if it helps :)
Is it possible to do Any% No Save Corruption on the 3DSVC version of the game? I ask because I noticed none of the runs submitted were for this platform and may consider giving it a shot one day.

Hey, am I able to submit runs just with load times included? Some categories only list without load times (such as broom closet) so I was wondering if I could still run those or not. If I can't, how do I make livesplit not count the load times? I'm guessing that would count as Game Time and not Real Time then?
If I'm playing the gamecube game on my Wii, would I list GCN as my platform or Wii?
Any chance of this being a new cat? Just a simple goal of getting all 20 along with the previous start and end times.
People have asked for dungeon specific categories before and while I'm open to making categories for those, the rules again would need to be addressed. Such as: what is the max level allowed? What gear is allowed? (since crowns gear needs to be banned) Can you get help? etc. As for the whole game, again, rules would need to be talked about on if you could get help or not under certain circumstances and what those circumstances would be. While a Malestaire% COULD be made with the rules not being changed, the idea of soloing everything: dungeons, bosses, etc all in one sitting does not seem practical. Keep in mind, you will be a very underleveled storm character, missing many of your quest cards, crowns gear is not allowed and you must solo everything, as things are now.
