If you have just started playing the game i would recommend choosing one map, watching multiple runs and just entirely focusing on routing the map (the reason you should watch multiple runs instead of just the world record is because there's different routes for different rngs (layouts) carnival is a good example of this.) when you have mastered the routing on this map the next thing to focus on is execution (time it takes for you to grab items) i wouldnt worry much about this if you're just starting out as this is a pretty advanced tactic which doesn't save much time unless your at the top level but when you are at the top level yes, you should focus on exe after you've mastered routing. There's not many tips for execution but there's 3 styles of execution 1. seeing when the cursor appears on an item and reacting to it and clicking right as you see it 2. muscle memory ("guessing") when to click before the cursor appears which is fastest but its really risky and you need a lot of practice in the map before 3rd just a combination of both. You should see which one suits you best also for exe you just have to really practice and that's all

Hacking is usually when you use a third party to increase speed, no clip, fly etc and with glitching your just taking advantage of a bug within the game so no, it isn't considered hacking

Yes, yes they do infact we made a poll in the server where most people had been following the situation/ speedran the game a lot and majority agreed to the rule (even if you take out mods who voted in this)
Yes you could argue you had a poll w/ more votes but more from our side were educated and were more capable of forming a rational decision instead of people who saw it on their YouTube feed and voted after reading for 20s and moving on, your poll also used language that biased in your favour, yes you could argue you pinned barhdyes comment but cmon who looks at the comments? Not a lot of people
And if you still have a problem with us, instead of complaining here you can go ahead and report us to site staff
You need to calm down. We've acknowledged that we should've done this earlier and we apologize for anyone affected. But sometimes things have to be done and you can't do anything but deal with changes

As you might know the mod team decided to remove chinese piggy/tall legs. We would like to apologize to people affected by this rule change as we should've made this rule change earlier on but as barhdye stated "it had to be done to preserve the fairness and clean competition we strive for on the leaderboards."
