We have a google doc linked under the guides tab for glitches used in the unrestricted route. Not sure how up-to-date it is, but other mods are typically good at keeping it current.

I think the community decided against doing the hardest difficulty at the time of the game's release because a harder difficulty was planned on being released several weeks later. The community hasn't been as active so there isn't really a push for a new category for the hardest difficulty. That being said, I think everyone plays on the easiest.

Also runners are allowed to abuse checkpoint restarts because it fills the GRP meter every time. If there are instances where you'd like to do that to despawn enemies, that's totally fine.
