I updated the rules for Any%.

Most notably the previous rules required the game be played on Easy, this is no longer a requirement. In addition to that, the category has changed to "Any% No import" to indicate that the use of glitches to import save files from other campaigns/games is not allowed.

Time without loads will also no longer be counted.

The game must be played on the current version, as a lot of glitches were gotten rid of when this game was separated from Dragonfall.

Due to new start time for runs I've deducted time from genericname999's, drgrumble's, and my own runs.

My time had a deduction of 37 seconds. genericname999 had a deduction of 50 seconds drgrumbles time with loads had a deduction of 1 minute and 9 seconds
