Pennsylvania, USAit is random, but there's certain settings and movement you can do to get a higher chance at getting it. I know you need to hold space, hold w (i think), and have high detail, but I don't know anything else.
And just so you know, quantity is NOT going to help a lot with the amount of unverified runs currently. It's better, but not completely out of the danger. (They just need time to get their motivation back. There's even instances of mods not caring about the game anymore, btw)
The only things I have to say are they're either busy with other things related to life, like school or something along those lines (a job works, too) or they started losing motivation and need to gain it back. I mean, hell, if you become a mod, sure you'll get some motivation boost or whatever, but that's only temporary. Eventually, some stuff like the overwhelming amount of runs or just outside factors in general will cause the slowdown. This is happening with the classic Flood Escape game, too. (Although there's only 2 mods there compared to the 6 mods here, but the principle is nearly the same). It's just what I believe to be the case. Additionally, asking for mod straight-up, especially in a thread, is probably gonna lessen your chances anyways.

well the mods here aren't nearly as active, so I can understand that. I have a month long thing awaiting verification, too. (not like being inactive is a bad thing)
To be fair, the tricks and shortcut options are pretty difficult to say the least, so I don't blame you.

high jumping is an exploit, also known as a physics bug with roblox. I would say wallhopping is a glitch but fe2 runs say that wallhops aren't a glitch and there are runs that use wallhopping there. So high jumps aren't glitches, but wallhopping is questionable.

no coil runs are basically glitchless and glitches runs. Those categories don't use coils or any items in fact.
The tower is very new, so maybe they haven't made the category because it was recently added. From this post, it was yesterday when it was released, so it takes a bit.
yea so basically the millisecond portion of the timer actually goes by XX.xx0. for example, if I speedran Tower of Madness and I get 3:08.45, then that means I spent 3 minutes, 8 seconds, and 450 milliseconds. The 1st number of the digit is what makes the hundredths place. It does NOT mean 45 milliseconds, since the third digit is missing.
HOWEVER, IVTROY, as a SUPER moderator, can change the run's time to its correct time. He probably rejected the run as a mistake, probably thinking that the runner has to submit the run again. Not shaming on him, just a lesson to be learned
