We have an autohotkey file that we use that keeps track in a .txt file, which then can be created into an OBS overlay. I'll look into trying to add it to the speedrun.com page, but it's easiest if you join our Discord server and ask there

No, unfortunately if you don't have a timer shown the whole time, it's too late after the run. It has to be connected to the in game timer
