How about adding each city to full-game leaderboard or as a misc. category? Im personally cant run this game due to i sold my ps2 but i would think that some people could run this if we have shorter categorys. Who knows i might get ps2 and run this game at somepoint.

i dont know about you but i record/ stream my speedruns in windowed mode so i can put my splits on the taskbar and i tend to use window capture and then scretch the screen to my liking in obs studio.

I know there is a better way to record or stream but this has been working ever since i started speedrunning and i have only 1 monitor

Everyone can use all the strats what has been found. So yes you can use these strats.

This applies for every game as long as they are not breaking any rules.

Hello! So i was wondering what kind of specs do i need for streaming? I have i5-6400, Nvidia GTX 960 and 8gb of ram. my internet is here: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/6071747652 Is is possible to stream with this setup? even with bad quality?

if your speedrun game has ILs you could do those and learn through that

there was not single rule before i become mod of this game so yes the mouse glitch is allowed :) and i don't see why would that not be allowed since everyone can do it so easily.
