This game from 2000 isn't half bad, it's just really difficult. It was originally on Dreamcast, with movement controls mapped to the A, B, X, and Y buttons so that you could aim with the left stick. Also released on Windows and Playstation 2.

The aesthetic, art design, and music are all pretty cool in this game. I cannot find it on speedrun.com though, which surprises me.
