Is there any way to change the language on PC? PCGamingWiki says the game supports french, german, spanish, polish, and russian

Was wondering because i plan to run this game and my pc is bad so im trying to squeeze as much as i can out of optimizing it. My PC does support Vulkan btw

Hello, i recently bought driver 2 on ps1 and was gonna playthrough it on ps2 but everytime i start a game the loading screen will freeze on the very last bar of loading. I have a fat PS2 is great condition and has read worse ps1 discs before, I've cleaned the disc 3 times and checked for deep scratches which weren't present on it, I don't have a mod chip either. The game works on my PS3 with no issues (besides graphics glitches). I've gotten the game to work once on standard disc speed but it always freezes on fast. Any solutions to this probably? (P.S do not recommend ReDriver2, i already have redriver2 and i just want to play ps2 for now)

Anyway to add an All Games catagory. just to see if anybody would attempt such a stupidly bad catagory lol
