Wisconsin, USAOdd thing I just noticed when speed running this mission this evening..... the title of the mission select screen is spelled with the C instead of S.... not sure if we want to update the title here on the Level Leaderboard?
I see on my Tropico that is says V10 but don't see it listed for a run I want to submit. I will submit under V9 for now. Unless I'm misreading this whole version thing?
I created a quick playthrough guide for the game overall (not speed running) that I thought I would include here as it shows basic gameplay which can be used towards future speed running:

Not sure what the rules are (IE when to start my timer, valid moves)? So I took my best guess.
100% Category Added a couple of days ago, I'm will to hear any suggestions of changes to the rules.
One other think @the_kov..... some possible rule suggestions.
-Maybe a rule about not using RentWizard or any other 3rd party rent or tower manipulation programs.
-Also a rule allowing or not allowing the lower left lobby double money trick. I know it is minor for the longer runs, but it might help with 2 star tower runs.
I was thinking of other categories. How about fastest to 2 star and 3 star.

Thoughts on new categories? How about all lots have to be purchased by farm or town? Or another one, get 500K in assets with only Sorghum fields?
