I think the main concern about this category would be the fact that it doesn't start from a new game (just like every SA CE category). And unfortunately, the races are unlocked pretty late into the game (Verdant Meadows and Driving School have to be completed in order to unlock the Race Tournaments).

As an alternative, we could enforce every runner to start from the same save file, so we don't have to do a bunch of unrelated missions, but we still keep the playing field even.

I just made one as an initial suggestion, reminder that it is not set in stone:

• CJ spawns at Toreno's house (after Verdant Meadows completion);
• Jethro call in queue (which unlocks every Race Tournament);
• In-game clock was set to 6:00 A.M. and I saved until rain cycle is gone;
• Fixed Hydra spawn at the ranch (because the point is to complete the races themselves as quickly as possible);

As an alternative for the Hydra, another idea would be to set the player close to a race marker on LS/SF/LV and start from there.

For the category rules (as an addition to the game rules):

• Timing would start on the first frame after you load the save;
• Timing would end on the "All Races Won" screen (where you also get $1,000,000 for the completion).

I would like to to seize this opportunity - since it is pertinent - to share my disagreement about the leaderboard issue involving the Windows Store version that was already discussed in the Discord server.

Crucial already spoke to Caz and maybe to other mods also, so bringing back the same arguments here is superfluous. Considering that, it's not logic to keep my runs posted here.

Although this is probably going to be overlooked by the mods just as all the mentioned issues by Booskop, it still worths a try, imo.
