As you may or may not have seen, the mod team has made the decision to move the Segmented category from the Category Extensions board to the main boards (for NG, NG+, and SW.)

This was because Category Extensions is kind of a joke board and it felt like Segmented deserved to be on the more serious pages. In addition to this, only the runs that were deemed “good runs” were kept and the rest removed. This will also be applied to all submissions meaning that there is a limit as to how long your run can be in order to be verified. This is to keep the category as serious and clean as possible as well as keeping the mods from wasting their time.

On both the steam and console board, you now have the choices of “single segment” and “segmented” when you are submitting a run. This means that you don’t have to put as much effort in as you used to when submitting a segmented run.

Also, two more runs were added onto the Category Extensions board - No Rocket and RE4Tweaks. I feel like these are pretty self explanatory but if you find yourself confused then read the rules on the Category Extension page in their respective sections 🙂.

Just started running Lost in Nightmares and was wondering a few things: •Odds of getting a hand grenade in a vase at the beginning (I tried 40 times and got one once) •How much time does the beginning hand grenade save? + is there a backup faster than having Jill play the piano? •Odds of getting submachine gun and is it able to be manipulated? •Are the positions of the enemies RNG or can they be manipulated? •Is the chest with the crank in RNG or can it be manipulated? + backup for blue

What is the record for Seperate Ways+ on PS4? Because the top time on the leaderboards here is a 23m 43s, but then Chrioden has a 22m 33s run on his YouTube. Was it rejected or something? Just wondering :)
