I'll be bringing a few CRT TV's as well as a workstation computer to use as the stream pc like we already talked about. I also have a samson meteor usb condenser mic I can bring if we would be able to use that for anything. I can also make up lengths of cat6 cable if we need.

Not a huge fan of the idea of paying twice as much for less space. The airport shuttle could be an issue for some people if the Hampton offers nothing. That being said I think we should try to get a local to scope out the locations and take pictures before making a decision.
