If you check my profile and scroll, you'll see a comment that doesn't exist anywhere on the website for me to delete myself. What causes this glitch and how do I fix it?

I see a lot of runs with the disc versions, I have it on PSTV (VitaTV) off of PSN, and it likely runs faster because of the flash memory. Is the disc version required to run?
