I just finished a speedrun of Cuphead where I got 300% (All coins/weapons/supers/charms + divine relic) while also getting a P rank on all run and gun stage and a S rank on all bosses. I was curious is this was a separate category from regular 300%.

I'm getting back into speedrunning Rock Force again, and I was just wondering: for any% default settings, are you allowed to change health refilling to instant, or does it have to be set to pause?

In addition to adding a megaman% category (using only Mega Man) I think we should add a traditional any% category, which is where you speedrun the game using traditional Mega Man game rules (MM2 spikes, normal level and boss difficulty, normal slide strength, 2 checkpoints, 3 lives, etc.) but instant health refills. This is the run I practice, as it encourages the use of many different characters. Let me know what you think.
