Illinois, USAI can't get it to recognize dpad inputs even when using Joy2Key or Xpadder. Is there a work around for this? Rest of the controller works fine and analogs work. I've tried both PS4 and Xbone controllers
It should work with a CRT monitor as well I believe. But yeah, it's gotta be a CRT TV.

I'm trying to get better at quick shooting, but mashing the aim button seems very inconsistent. Is there a specific frame I should be looking out for to get the timing correct or is the window pretty large to pull it off?
