As of a recent patch the IGT now removes load times in the game so after testing weve decided to make IGT an allowed timing method for the PC categorys (console was IGT already)

Currently our Livesplit load remover isnt working with current patch so this allows runs to be still uploaded to the boards without major time differences to current runs since IGT will now keep up with the load remover.
