North Carolina, USAcan work natively with parallel launcher, for other emulators:
Apply the .bps patch to the rom using Flips (tutorial: ), then open your .z64 rom file that came out in your emulator. .bps or .zip files will not be opened, you need to patch the .bps to a rom to get a .z64 file first. Another way to apply a patch is by using the online patcher, which you can find at https://sm64romhacks.com/patcher/. It works much like Flips, however you need to choose a ROM on the first field (the .z64) and the patch on the second field (.bps).

the history is that on speedrunslive simpleflips created a race category for 20 stars, which was to help him learn/practice 80 stars speedruns, people liked it enough to keep running it and keep it as a category
there are pretty much no individual discord servers for hacks, all discussion is usually in the romhacks discord server https://discord.com/invite/BYrpMBG
you won't get too much response here, would recommend joining the discord. But you should be able to clip in just jumping right above the door on the wall, no real specific inputs to make it happen besides that
