EDIT: Nevermind, no breakthroughs, definitely just a glitch uploading times with Steam. Just a bunch of casual players unintentionally doing something special to trigger this ;)

About half the top 100 scores on RE.net are 20 seconds on this fight for Steam only. I can't imagine getting below 40s.

Anyone know what's going on?
